I am Anthony (Tony) Menelik Van Der Meer, an interdisciplinary, community-engaged scholar-activist in Leadership and Change. My research focus is on the ethnographies of African indigenous Yoruba Ifa Orisa spiritual practices in the diaspora, and the Black Liberation Movement and its centrality of Black workers.
